Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nicole Designs All, each piece is created or curated with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

✨ Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and in new condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Request must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

📦 Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

 

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
