And one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used to move through that energetic fog is this: meditation.
So What Do I Mean By “Blockages”?
Energy blockages can look like:
- Repeating patterns that feel impossible to break
- Feeling emotionally numb or overwhelmed
- Lack of motivation or creative flow
- Anxiety, tightness in your chest, or a heavy heart
- Disconnection from your body, intuition, or joy
These blockages aren’t flaws, they’re places your energy has frozen or dimmed in response to past pain, trauma, overgiving, or misalignment.
Meditation helps melt that energy and guide it home.
How Meditation Helps You Clear Energetic Blocks
Meditation isn’t just about “being calm.” It’s a sacred return to your center.
Here’s what it can do when used intentionally for clearing:

Through breath, visualization, and intention, meditation helps move energy through your body. Think of it like an energetic detox. You don’t always need a full ritual sometimes; all it takes is 10 minutes of presence.
- ✨ Connects You Back to Source
Whether you call it God, Spirit, the Universe, or your Higher Self, when you meditate, you remember you’re not alone in your healing. You’re supported. Always.
Try This Simple Meditation to Clear Energy Blockages
You don’t need a fancy setup. Just you, your breath, and a quiet moment.
Aura Clearing Meditation (5–10 minutes)
- Sit or lay down in a space where you feel safe.
- Close your eyes, place one hand on your heart, one on your womb or belly.
- Breathe deeply. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Slow it down.
- Visualize a golden light entering the top of your head, flowing through your body, scanning for any stuck, heavy, or dark energy.
- As you breathe out, imagine that energy releasing, down your spine, out through your feet, or dissolving into light.
- Repeat:
- I release what no longer serves me. I return to my power. I am clear. I am whole.
- Stay as long as you need. Let your body guide you.
You can also play soft music, use essential oils, or hold a crystal (like amethyst, selenite, or black tourmaline) during this process.
